Delete it yourself, now
Sign in with the same account you use in the app — Google, or email and password — and delete it on the spot. Before confirming you will see exactly what is deleted and what stays.
If you are the only administrator of a center that has other members, deletion is blocked until you hand the role to someone else from the app. And if you are a center's only member, that center is deleted along with you, with its classes and its schedule, after you confirm it. The screen itself will tell you in either case.

To protect your account, if the request does not come from the registered email we may ask you for additional verification before carrying out the deletion.
What data is deleted
- Your access: your credentials are revoked and you won't be able to sign in again, with Google or with your email.
- Your profile: first name, last name, phone, email, profile photo and banner.
- Your weight log and your upcoming bookings, which are cancelled and free their spot.
- Your messages and attachments in the center chat: the message is left as "Message deleted".
- Your achievements, your admission requests and the links to external profiles (Smoothcomp, Instagram).
What data is retained and why
- Your teammates' class attendance history and sparring rounds, without your name: you will appear as "Deleted user".
- The ranks you awarded or received, so the center's lineage doesn't break.
- The center's booking and payment records, anonymized, which the center needs as operational and accounting history.
This retention is based on the sports center's legitimate interest in its own history and on possible legal obligations (Art. 17(3) GDPR). No retained data can identify you.
Completion deadline
From this site deletion is immediate and there is no recovery period. By email it is carried out within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the request, and you will receive a confirmation once it has been completed.
